Refund & Return Policy

Firearm Purchases

All firearm sales are final once transferred by a licensed FFL dealer. Firearms cannot be returned after transfer, even if unfired. Please thoroughly inspect your firearm at the FFL location before accepting the transfer.

Any post-transfer issues must be resolved directly with the manufacturer under their warranty policy. Most manufacturers will handle repairs or replacements directly with the customer.

Used Firearms

Used firearms are sold as-is. Returns may be accepted only at our sole discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns regarding a used firearm purchase.

Ammunition & Components

Due to safety concerns and federal regulations, all ammunition and ammunition component sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.

Accessories, Optics, and Parts

Returns are only accepted for accessories or parts found to be defective upon delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

All return requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery. Returns for non-defective items are not accepted. Any returned item found to be functional may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Installed or modified items are not eligible for return. Optics with delayed issues must be handled directly through the manufacturer’s warranty.

Damaged or Short Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours. Save all packaging and materials until the issue is resolved. Failure to report issues promptly may result in denial of a claim.

Restricted Items by Location

It is your responsibility to ensure that any product you order is legal in your state, county, or city. Orders containing restricted items to prohibited locations may be canceled. We reserve the right to modify or deny orders that violate federal, state, or local laws.
